Ağ Kurarak Geleceğini Keşfet (DIY Network) Projesi, Avrupalı genç işçilerin gençlerin ekonomik ve sosyal entegrasyonu sorununu çözme kapasitesini artırmaya katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Özellikle 2008’deki AB Borç Krizi’nden sonra gençlerin ve yeni mezunların işsizlik oranı tarihin en yüksek noktasına ulaşmıştır. İncelendiğinde işsizlik oranları diğer yaş grupları için normal durumda iken gençler ve yeni mezunlar işsizlikten büyük ölçüde muzdarip olmuştur.
Yüksek işsizlik oranlarının nedenlerinden biri gençlerin ağ ve ağ kurma becerileridir. Araştırmalar, iş fırsatlarının yaklaşık% 50’sinin yayınlanmadığını, sadece iyi bir ağa sahip olanların bu fırsatlara erişebileceğini göstermektedir. Bu konu için tasarlanan 8 günlük bir eğitim İstanbul / Türkiye’de gerçekleştirildi. Eğitim faaliyetleri arasında çalıştaylar, tartışmalar, saha çalışmaları, çalışma ziyaretleri, rol yapma etkinlikleri, enerji vericiler yer aldı. Bu proje ile gençlik çalışanlarının gençlere yardımcı olmak / eğitmek / rehberlik etmek ve onları topluma, iş hayatına ve sosyal hayata entegre etmek için ağ kurma alanında gerekli becerileri kazanmaları amaçlanmıştır. Eğitim Şubat 2019’da yapıldı. Yunanistan, Romanya, İtalya, Bulgaristan, Macaristan, Slovakya’dan 6 ortağımız ve 35 katılımcımız bulunmaktaydı.

Discover Your Future with Networking (DIY Network) Project aims to contribute to increase the capacity of youth workers from Europe to tackle with the problem of economic and social integration of young people. Especially after the EU Sovereign Debt Crisis in 2008, the unemployment rate of young people and recent graduates is at the highest point in the history. When it is examined normal unemployment rates are at their normal state however young people and recent graduates are greatly suffering from the unemployment.
One of the reasons for their higher unemployment rate is their networks and networking skills. Studies show that nearly 50% of the job opportunities are not published, only those who have a decent network can access this opportunities. A training designed for this specific topic with a duration of 8 days was conducted in Istanbul / Turkey. Training
activity included workshops, debates, field works, study visits, role playing activities,
energizers. With this project, it was aimed that the youth workers will gain necessary skills in the area of networking to help/train/guide young people and make them integrated into the society, business and social life. Training was conducted in February 2019. We had 6 partners from Greece, Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia and 35 participants.
